Accessing Toolkit Online Help

Toolkit Online Help is available at all times, regardless of whether you are running Toolkit.

Making Toolkit Online Help Available Offline
 

When adding the Toolkit Online Help Web site to your favorites in Internet Explorer, if you specify that you want this site to be available offline, you will be able to access Online Help even when you are not connected to the USDA network.

  1. Open Toolkit
  2. Select Help –> Contents. Online Help will appear in Internet Explorer.
  3. Select Favorites –> Add.



    The Add Favorite dialog appears.
     
  4. Click on the Make Available Offline checkbox.


     
  5. If desired, revise the title for this web page in the Name field.
  6. Click on OK.

To rearrange your list of favorites:

  1. Select Favorites -> Organize Favorites. The Organize Favorites dialog appears.
  2. Right-click on the Customer Service Toolkit Online Help item in the right-hand box and hold the right mouse button down.
  3. Drag the item up or down in the list while you hold the button down.
  4. Release the mouse button when the Online Help item is where you want it in the list.
  5. Click OK.
