- ProTracts
Support site goes on-line. ProTracts is currently in use by the pilot states of
Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Texas.
It will be operational
nationally for
the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP), the Wildlife Habitat
Incentives Program (WHIP), and the Agricultural Management Assistance (AMA)
program in
October 2003. Training classes
will be held in October and November 2003.
